"Convenient location. Service wise eh. 4th week in July asked for signed copy adding me mum to acct. Also if the svc clerk could ask defas for direct deposit form sent to them Nov '16, to start A.F. retirement benies to go into acct. Now the female told me she sent the msg to DEFAS. I came here 8 Aug '24 to find out the response. Another agent tells me that she did not contact DEFAS directly but their head office & they don't have a copy. I could have told her that myself. That is y i specifically asked for NFed to request copy. In July she stated she "sent the note to DFAS." Sad deceptiveness of "actions." That'd why I don't use them as my financial institution no more."

"I recently requested an auto load to purchase my leased vehicle. The application took 5 minutes online. The next day I drove to pick up the loan disbursment from this location and my experieince was excellent. The staff was very nice and helpful. I thought I would have to wait because I didn't have an appointment. I waited maybe 15 minutes. Spoke to an "Old Salt Dog" while I waited. They helped me understand what the next steps would be and gave me all the paperwork and explained everything very well. Location is nice. Near lots of food and shopping. Convienent ATM outside. It felt like family. Thanky you Navy Federal!"

I felt very discouraged when I came from Navy Marine Corps society and they said that they were unfortunatlley not able to help me out.
