"Nice and friendly, but landed up lying and cheating me. Rolled up there straight of the Interstate with a blown tire on my toy hauler. They were quick to help out. Had a new and used tire available. I asked for a new one to be installed. He had some issues with it and told me that he can only install used one. I didn't mind, I was just glad it was getting done. Asked him if the used tire is good and if it has any damage or patches. Answer was "great tire, no patches" ... ok then, all good. The next day, a few hundred miles away, I check my tires.... replaced tire was flat! I went to another tire shop close to me and found out that the tire I bought at Reyna's Tire already had a patch on it, and the patch was really cheap and did not hold. He flat out lied to me. Landed up replacing the entire tire with a new one."
"I went in for a brake change, I brought my own brakes, A brake sensor was replaced somehow it was cut in half, that had never happened before, but ok?? I was surprised how quickly they knew what to order it seemed like a routine practice here, I left paying $160.00 when the brake job was quoted at $75.00. The same day my 4x4 light came on, and my fail safe engine came on, after looking up what to do I thought I fixed the problem, it came on again. I called the shop, and asked if they had put on my brakes right and the sensor, because I've never had this problem before. The son assured me that my 4x4 light had nothing to do with my brakes or the new sensor that they put on my vehicle. I assured him, I didn't have a problem before with my 4x4 sensors before I visited his shop, he offered to diagnose my car for an extra charge, of course."
