"I am so disappointed in the customer service here. I brought my Tesla here because my rim was cracked, I live one hour away from here and I brought him my own rim to switch out. Prior to coming my husband called auto tires to check out pricing and they told us it would be a total of $25 + tip. The moment we get here, we tell him what’s going on and he seemed confused. Then when we told him to switch out the tire to our new rim plus the sensor, he decides that it will cost us $50. I have a full video of the discussion and we came to an agreement that we’d pay $30. To make matters worse, he didn’t want to balance the tire prior to putting it on or it would be an additional $10. What in the world. I came here because it was the closest with great reviews but this older man is trying to make a quick buck out of me. Then he admits that we gotta understand because it’s currently 8:30pm and he’s staying late just to make a clientele. I’m shocked at this service. Psa the person that we spoke to over the phone was not the person working on the tires. Long story short he charged $40 after we agreed on $30. Then as we were leaving he went on a rant calling my husband a bunch of bad words in Spanish and said “look at the kind of car you drive, yet you don’t want to pay”"

"Worst used tires guy sold me a cracked road hazard ties and didn't wanna take it back didn't give my money back refused to take back his junk... you want good quality used tires drive down to Tony's ties on san fernando in sun valley... horrible service from all the reviews I've ever left this has to be the top worst....this was my first here and will be my last"
