"Unit was filthy with debris and poop droppings, huge pile of mystery feces in front of my unit & hours posted on 19sep 2023 was 7/7pm not the “new hours” that google had saying hours updated 12weeks ago! These problems were a huge inconvenience for me. I took my water, Lysol & stiff broom and swept unit & entire hallway then mopped all! I was very disenchanted with cleanliness but angry about not updating their enter/exit signs. The phone number wasn’t updated to reflect true rental agents either. It’s was like a joke for how long it took me to get their contact info in my phone truly correct."
