Porto's Bakery and Cafe

"Famous Bakery on the west and since I'm here I must try. My friend who introduces this bakery was living here in LA and now we live in NY. I guess they have many popular stuffs but one thing that she told me to bring back is cheese rolls. I bought 10 boxes since I will join a family party back home. I just found out they have 2 types of cheese rolls. One is baked and another one is frozen, and you need to bake it at home. The frozen only ship to your home, you can't pick up at the place. Line is very long as I expected, of course everyone here knows about the bakery, why not? At my family party back in NY. When I mention the name of this bakery, they kind of don't know but after they try the cheese rolls, they all love it!"

"We stood in line for a long time, but our order was collected quickly. Everything was very tasty. It was difficult to find a free table in the hall, you need to expand your cafe)))) We will definitely come back. I recommend!"

"This is one busy cafe and restaurant. This iconic Cuban Cafe and bakery is known to be busy all the time. There are two stations to order your food and drinks. One area is strictly for ordering their famous cakes, pie and pastries. Once you order you drink there is a drink bar where you can pick up your drink. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad that was loaded with leafy green lettuce and kale LOADED with chicken. The strawberry mango mojito mint drink was perfect for the first hot day of summer. There is dining inside and outside. Parking is paid parking at one of the meters or parking lot."

"Line was a bit long but the service was really quick. Food is tasty and fresh. It is also good value. Toilets were available and was exceptionally clean (women’s)"

"Always a great experience coming into Porto’s. A lot of menu options as well as friendly staff. There are many tables to choose from. The location is usually busy regardless of the time but the lines move fairly quick. Would recommend the Guava Lemonade if you like guava."
