Welcome to Harbor Fitness, your premier boutique fitness studio nestled in the scenic Cabrillo Marina of San Pedro, California. Conveniently located at 210 Whalers Walk, our studio is designed to cater to fitness enthusiasts of all levels, offering a comprehensive range of workouts to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
At Harbor Fitness, we specialize in creating a balanced workout experience with our diverse programs. Whether you're into kickboxing, strength training, or aerobic conditioning, our classes are crafted to enhance muscle tone, improve circulation, and strengthen stabilizing muscles, all while promoting overall balance and wellness. Our offerings include all-level kickboxing, strength training, stretch classes, a free-weight gym, cardio-dance sessions, and the rejuvenating experience of an Infrared Sauna.
To help you get started, we offer a special 1-week unlimited class pass at the price of a single drop-in session, allowing you to explore our variety of classes without a full commitment. Need equipment? No problem! We provide rental options and sell essential gear such as gloves, hand wraps, and odor beaters, along with a selection of nutritious post-workout drinks.
Enhance your relaxation with our Infrared Sauna sessions, which come with free towel service, a private room for one hour, and a choice of Essential Oil sprays. Enjoy a single session for $40 or save with a 10-pack for $350. We also offer a 10% discount on sauna sessions for Auto-Pay members, First Responders, Active Military, Port workers, San Pedro Chamber of Commerce members, and students.
Our location at Berth 31 offers ample free parking and the tranquility of the marina, making your visit to Harbor Fitness both convenient and serene. Visit us on the 1st floor, where you'll find several free 2-hour parking lots available for your convenience.

There are classes as early as 5:45 am and as late as 5:45 pm so there should be at least one class available to fit into your schedule. There are also stretch classes available so be sure to check that out as well."
