"Okay so here’s the thing, the bike is an impressive machine. The customer service dept is really lacking though. I’m reading a lot of reviews and it seems like they’re getting burned in that area, so Pedal, if you’re reading this get it together because the product itself is great. I’m new to ebiking and not mechanically inclined. I heard a weird clunking going on in both motors, asked Pedal what to do, no answer. Eventually I found a video of a guy greasing a hub motor so I pulled it apart and greased the inside. Then I tightened the spokes and it’s been great since. This is a bike that you really have to maintain on your own because you can’t count on them to reply. So if they just stepped that up, they’d be in the big leagues."

"All I gotta say is look at the Yelp reviews… they demonstrated false advertisement and sent me parts of a bike that were much smaller than advertised. I plan to sue them. When I spoke with Jon, he literally was unable to acknowledge that the rack that was on the picture was not larger than the rack that was sent to me. As if he was some sort of gaslighting narcissistic idiot. I’m not sure, I don’t know what his problem is.bottom line is his hostility his poor business. Customer Service is pathetic. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews on yelp before I bought this junk."

"The frame is pretty much perfect. The rest of the components are poor quality and the chief engineer doesn’t understand the difference between sag, compression and rebound. Also, customer service is non existent. Cannot purchase a spare battery. Front shocks are dangerous for so much power with the 2WD. But it’s the best package if you want to do some upgrades. Still searching for goodish forks though."

"I recently purchased the AWD S model. I love it. Fast and sturdy. Although I do have issues with the front hub not engaging, customer service is on the case. Axle has been assisting me with this issue and is extremely helpful and professional. Awesome employee. I will update as soon as the warranty process is complete."

"I live in Columbia, Missouri which is a college town that benefits from having lots of bike trails. My purchase of the Pedal Electric AWD S is the best investment I've made since buying my home. Having that kind of flexibility, being able to take my son to school and pick him up daily with the bike, having capability for slower pedaling on trails and 35 mph to safely navigate alongside cars, is the life cheat code that I didn't know I needed so badly. This bike really has changed my life in that it's been such a positive means to get out into the world, be around people, explore my community, and overall improve my mood."
