"On several occasions, employees have complained about the weight of our packages. We ship with USPS Priority Mail and the weight limit is 70lbs. Our packages are no way near 70lbs, or over 20lbs, ever. We have been accused of committing fraud and when asked employee would not explain why or how. They question why we go to that post office and why our return address is from a different area, as if they don't know how return addresses work. Employees clearly do not want to do their job."

"I've had a few issues with my packages being delivered to my po box but they're always able to help me out and get to the bottom of what happened. And, in all, I've always received my packages. They do take the time to search and investigate to comply with your needs. And they've never been rude even though I'm sometimes frustrated. I like this post office."

"Came to apply for a passport here at the Pico Rivera P.O and it went smoothly unlike the 2 other P.Os that either closed on me at 12pm or one of my birth certificates was unacceptable and so making a 3rd attempt days later, it seemed like I should have gone to this one 1st. The lady was very kind and helpful and explain everything with the process. Your best bet is to come at the time they open for passport applications because some of them close early despite what the website says otherwise. So far, I was happy for visiting this P.O location."
