"I am really shocked at how the post office is run. For the last two days I have put mail out to be picked up by our mail carrier. Every day mail is delivered but never picked up. When trying to contact the post office for help and solve my problem I could not reach a live person…only recordings that would hang up on me or make me wait for an hour plus to talk with a live person. I may not even get to a live person as I am still on hold as we speak. Going automated systems is not the way to go and talking with a human being is preferred. Please correct this process as it is inefficient and frustrating for your customers. If I could have but a minus zero vs one star I would have!!"

"They say they close at 2pm on Saturdays, however I was just there to drop off a pre-labeled package, and the doors were locked. This is not the first time this has happened. 3 other people tried also and said the same thing. Saturdays are critical for those who work 9-5’s, so maybe stay open when you say you’re going to be open."
