"This number doesn't work. So I called the LA number (from their website) and it's an Indian call center that tries to get all your info to "send you $100 gift card" that I'm specifically chosen for. It's so frustrating that I hung up after 7 minutes. I just wanted to find out what sizes and rates they have. Simplest thing ever for a storage unit company. It's literally the bare-bones basic info I should go to get for calling. I mean I want to rent a space and I can't get this info without doing a song and dance? They will literally not transfer you unless they get everything from you first for who-knows-what purposes. I told them I don't need the hundred dollars gift card. I'm going to hang if are not able to transfer me to someone who can give me a price. So, can you please transfer me. "Sure, but first..." Over and over. I had to hang up."
