"The ABC website is busted and new server's registering for ABC can only put in the first 4 digits of their SSN. Love when California continues to find new ways to charge us but can't even put that money towards websites that work properly. Not a good look for your August 31st deadline to have a bunch of servers registered with only 4 digits of their SSN or CA state license. Not my problem I guess."

"As an Expert ABC consultant, I work with every ABC office in the state and this is not a 2 star office. Yes, it's not 5 stars and there is room for improvement but the pandemic and new staff brings challenges. If you come prepare or hire someone that submits quality and a complete accurate application, its a smooth ride. Also, parking is great. If you disagree try dealing with the LA office. Rene Guzman"

"It was surprisingly easy to work with the people here - they helped me file an application that I was unfamiliar with, and were generally friendly. I brought a book in case I had to wait a long time but never even opened it."

"I went there a few months ago to drop off paperwork to update my license. They said everything was good so I went on my way. Got a call a few weeks later telling me that I'm missing a form and had to pay them for the transfer so I have to go back and drop it off and pay the fee. Fair enough, everybody makes mistakes. They emailed me the form and I went to drop it off again, then they tell me that I had to get it recorded at the records department before hand, which wasnt mentioned in the email I received. I go get it recorded and drop it off again another time. Eh whatever, I'm done so I'm not going to fuss about it. But wait theres more. I get a call 2 weeks later saying that I'm missing another form. So now I have to drive from orange county and all the way to Lakewood to drop off another form after they've checked the package twice now. How does this happen? Its beyond frustrating and scary to think that a government organization is that unprofessional. After the 4th time, sorry just isnt enough. The sad part is, theres nothing we can do but to bend over and deal with it. Total time driving after the 4th drop, 12 freaking hours."

"Wow.... I just saw the review from 7 months ago and seems like this place hasn't improved a thing. Although shaking leg like a ADHD patient during the whole conversation and looking over the phone while listening to questions looked very unprofessional I didn't mind much. Who knows? She actually might be one. However, calling coworker to say "look! did you see this BS?" as my father and I were walking out the door? Wow... Thank you for being rude at the point of being offensive. I stayed polite and respectful throughout our entire conversation because I was helping translate for my father, but continuing unprofessional behavior with negative attitude sure made me have trouble bringing my anger down internally. I will also be filing a formal complaint even though I highly doubt it will do anything looking at past post."
