"My experience here at the Lakewood location was amazing! I came on a Thursday, arrived there at 2:48pm to change my last name since I got married and was out of there at exactly 3pm. Done in 12 mins, It was so fast and they were so nice to me!! The security were really kind to me as well. When I got there, there was only 2 people ahead of me and my number was called within 2 mins. I was soo amazed!"

They give out wrong information, have you coming back and forth with documents and get an attitude because you correct them when they’re wrong.My husband worked for his money and deserve it!! Working class people really need to take a closer look at who we vote in to these local and state elections because they are not doing their jobs!!! Hire people that like people !"

"The walk in service was fast using the kiosk..Staff of window 3 was really approachable, efficient and attentive to the needs of the members..spent not more than 15 minutes for service during this visit at about 11:30am..no hassle and guards were also friendly and helpful. Kudos to everyone..tnx"

"Cannot enter without an appointment. However, the number they say to call to schedule an appointment will almost always give a busy signal, so you can't schedule an appointment. They should at very least have an online scheduler, but they don't."
