"Literally a two hour window to get permits? At 8am? And only one guy who does em? I've sent several emails and phone calls over the course of several months, no answering the lines, nothing! Edit: Go at 8am, there's one guy but the permit acquisition was very easy and they were friendly. Bumping up my review a bit for that."

"Went to the city to ask questions in my property since we are trying to build. The lady that works there could not get off her seat to answer any questions. She told us to come back tomorrow. So sad how people now days are so lazy to even get off their seats. I guess forget about expecting professionalism or common courtesy."
