"Honestly I went here to get boxes and get the reservation for the truck rental. While the location was busy the agent helped move the line as efficiently as possible and handled all the questions the best he could. But then I came back on Friday to get the truck and it was horrible. The truck was on EMPTY. Literally my husband drove it down to shell on Long Beach and it died! DIED. I had to call and they came with a tank of gas. And this lady had the gall to tell me that we had to bring it back at a quarter or we would be charged $30. The truck itself smelled like cigs and there was even a used cig under the passenger seat. ((again we were told we couldn't smoke in the truck...or we would get fined)). But honestly fine, they can't control what goes on inside the truck after its rented. Understood. But at least clean it up better. Also do not park your personal vehicle in front of the truck that we are picking up. Like literally they told us we had to back up and all. IT IS YOUR PERSONAL VECHICLE....IT DOESN'T BELONG IN FRONT OF THE TRUCK THAT IS BEING PICKED UP! Then when I came back to obviously get some type of credit for all this...the lady tells me that I shouldn't have gone so far for gas. Tried to tell me that I needed to go to the closer one. The one she recommended was 1.0 away (also on Long Beach but the other direction) the Shell was 0.7! I'm like...if it didn't go to the Shell station that was closer what the freak makes you think it would have made it to the 'closer one'. Supposedly I got an $80 credit but I haven't seen it at all. If that doesn't get adjusted on my bank statement soon I am going to just dispute the whole damn thing. Because this was a HORRIBLE experience all the way through."

"Good afternoon corporate you guys seriously need to restock on appliance dolly's it's not fair to me, I have to inconvenience myself pay extra to go to a different uhal location consindering im a local customer each day I called to try to get a dolly they never have any instock run your business appropriate it was extremely unacceptable and inconvenient."

"If i can give u guys a negative star i would Specially this. Guy named. Kevin look for. Any reaso. Y not rent. Me the trailer cause. Me time n money I was there renting. A motorcycle trailer. Arrived. At 8 left. At 11 with nothing they cancel my order because. My ligths werent. Working took off piss offf uhaul was last person to touch my wiring a heavy set man said maybe the freeway mess it up went home. Had some one look up wiring. Came back 4 pm now there was 4 trailers. N they were all reserve. Thanks to heavy guy that cancel my order now i came back monday Guy plus. My wiring. N it was. Working there. Was nothing wrong. They had me looking for a fuse box but the uhaul wiring has blicking led ligths that tell u the plug is working the person there. Dint. Care to check after. 3 trips i finaly got a trailer. My ligths work. N i can say that dropping off was the only best experiece i had there The two male african american help me out he was cool n the girl that did my reservation was also friendly n verry polite Unlike the other teams. Being. On their phone rather than helping customers"

"I would personally like to share my review for today 03/18/2023 ! 1:00pm not only did I sit here for 1 hour and so did other customers . They had a young lady who was AWESOME !!!! With customer service and hustling by herself as other staff members went MIA ! She had to keep paging for help and no one came . Her name is Shaniyah and she is awesome ! She deserves to be store manager the way she was moving dealing with 8 customers keeping us all calm at once on at hectic Saturday . This location has got to do better ! If u need staff then u should start hiring and put up a sign ! U-haul has got to be better than this . This is shameful ! I also had an African American with U-HAUL uniform on who also stated he worked there , I didn’t get a name . He seen she needed help and was by herself and did NOTHING BUT sit on his phone and say she will help u when she can ! Need I remind u all I came for was PROPANE REFILL . I got to this location at 12pm and I’m leaving now at 1:03 pm"
