We are pleased to accommodate guest stays of up to 90 days. For more information and pricing, please feel free to give us a call. Our main office is easily accessible in Parking Lot E, Row 1, Berth 39, where our team is happy to answer any questions you may have.
For those utilizing our storage, pump-out stations are conveniently located within the marina for tenant use. For details on their exact locations, please contact our office. Additionally, a public pump-out station is available on the long dock near the fire station dock.
While our liveaboard capacity is currently full, we maintain a waitlist for those interested in future availability. We invite you to join this list and become part of our vibrant community.

"On Cabrillo Way Marina Website it advertises: "6.5 Ton/11,500 lbs." crane capacity - however weights within 500 lbs. of the limit will trip the load breaker at - usually around 11,000 lbs. Most 32' cruisers are at 10.5k - 11k which means with the lifting tool (steel H bar) + wet slings + legs (sling extensions) will be added to the weight of your boat - causing the crane breaker to trip. Windy conditions are common, so often they'll trip if the boat is jumping & shutdown due to winds. In summary, the crane should lift 11,500 lbs. as advertised, and not put boats on a "do not launch" list...Very misleading."
"Storing my boat here for over 3 years now. Excellent service from the entire crew! They take care of my boat very well. No problems with security or theft at all. But I also don't keep $1000 rod/reel combos on the deck all night either."
"The staff are extremely professional and courteous. The facility is clean and run well. The parking lot designers were obviously not mariners so you have to carry your supplies over a small wall. Most the small boats were kicked out in favor of giant slips for megayachts that never materialized. If you are lucky you'll get a spot."
