"1☆ is based on my opinion that the way they increase the rents and notify you are shady. Pros, the people are great, and the property is always clean. Cons, they raise my rent $100 60days after moving in then another $100 4 months later. So $200 a month in less than a year. They say it is based on the market, but I see the web prices drop, yet my rent never drops. The notice they send about the rate increase is just a postcard that looks like junk mail. Some of the units are not as many square feet as stated 10x10s the measure closer to 9x9 10x15s the measure closer to 9x14s"
