"A mediocre that doesn't have much to offer except the playground... the area around it and some of those people are sketchy looking. Not one to judge but I live close by and it's on my way to my local grocery store and every time I pass by it, it's mostly quiet except in the early evenings when the younger people forget to actually park and crowd the streets around it"
