"Well maintained, huge open grassy fields, baseball field & dugouts, big trees, 2 playgrounds, a couple picnic tables, plenty of parking. Bathrooms behind baseball field within the other gate - school bathrooms? Quiet and usually not crowded at all. Separate soccer field & track (sometimes gated...maybe school property?)"
