"Great and caring coaches! My background: Former trainer, endurance athlete (IM 140.6/70.3, adventure races), low-level mountaineering, lots and lots of cycling centuries. Now...I am old, in my late 60s. One of the keys to long term fitness is finding place and friends that encourage and challenge you - OT RP does that. Love the variety of workouts too. I would highly recommend this place!"
"It was my first visit there. I didn't do a class but was there as a vendor. From someone who was a trainer for over 20 years, it was exceptionally well run and high tech. But it wasn't very personal. I would give it more stars but it just did not float my boat to what I wanted to do to burn calories. I burn more calories running out in the forest trails than I would there at $150 less a month. Just sayin'."
