"The sales staff was friendly and welcoming -- now I know why. Four months after moving in, the facility increased my rent from $338 to $487 per month -- that's a 50% increase! When I called the office, they tried to justify it by telling me their maintenance costs have increased. When I explained to Andrew, the manager, that inflation peaked at 7% and I'm sure their maintenance costs have NOT increased 50%, he was silent. I'm sure they know that no one wants to move twice in 5 months, so they take advantage of the situation by boosting rates shortly after you sign the contract. I've been renting multiple storage spaces in Southern California for more than 25 years, and while all storage facilities eventually increase their rates, this is ridiculously excessive. I'll be using my meager 30-day notice to find a new, more reasonable facility. My recommendation: Find another storage facility."

"Compared to other storage facilities in the area, this place was reasonably priced. It is conveniently located by the Galleria, more specifically behind Ralphs. Melissa was super nice and helpful in getting my wife set up with a unit on our first visit. So far, we haven't had any issues when visiting. I rarely see others there at the same time I'm there, and I've always felt safe and secure."
