"I try to do all my stuff at Lowe's. However the cooler pads I use are only at Home Depot. Ordered online. Guaranteed in 2 hours. After 4 hours I arrive and I'm told they haven't even started my order. Said I can go get it off the shelf myself if I wanted. I ended up needing a guy with a forklift to get my items from a pallet in the back. Waited 30 minutes for him (bless him he was amazing) finally got the pads had to go back to service center to finish the transaction. She couldn't bother with even looking bat us while she is standing around talking to a couple guys so she send someone else who doesn't know what to do. That kid was also a blessing. All while she says everyone one is guaranteed 2 hours but we have 1 person and 15 orders. You had almost 5 hours by the time I left. No excuse!"

"The experiences that I've had, and just had again with home Depot, in comparison to what is generally considered acceptable, and compared to Lowe's, is inferior to what it should be. Home depot never seems to be as clean as Lowe's, and the customer service was poor with regard to returns on two occasions on the same day. Additionally, even though they close at 10:00, they put it into some kind of dusky night light mode right at 9:00, and somebody gets in the loud speaker and starts giving warnings of the pending close - an hour away. Nobody's perfect, but I would advise using other establishments. For the most part, you don't have any need for them. It is nice that you can cut trim by the foot at home Depot."

"Wanted to give a shout out to the super stars in the paint department! Madison R. and Charlie are amazing. They are super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me get my color right. Also Madison L. Is super helpful and Gerald is amazing he's super knowledgeable amd experienced. All in all the paint department is top notch. There is one person who refused to try to match something for me even thou i was willing to pay for the sample, but I won't mention her name and also won't let that get in the way of me giving everyone else an A+!"

"Picked up my 3rd 12 foot skeleton (cause let's be honest, size does matter) and had a great experience at the pick up counter. Then to top it off, a Home Depot employee brought my giant out on a forklift and loaded it for me. Now I just need another 12 foot Inferno.... Thanks Home Depot!"
