"Hey yall I went here before but it wasn't at night. I'm telling yall to go like after 8pm because they turn it up it's like club music. They have a DJ and he is lit. I went on a Friday to a kid party. It was nice but after a certain hour they have security and he starts like checking your bags for real. They had some good fries and they those chicken strips were so darn good I'm telling yall. They did a good job on the party overall. I had to remember what I was there for because that DJ was on point."

"Addendum 8/16: the Manager from this location gave me a call and we were able to exchange our views. I very much appreciate the call back and I will be happy to visit this location again. My wife and I visited just last night to play some claw machines at the arcade. I must say we had absolutely the worst, the most disappointing experience here than anywhere else! We are experienced players with the Bowlero claw machines and have gone all over town just to play them, and we understand that most of these machines are on a payout system. We just didn't expect the payout to be a BIG FAT ZERO for one of the machines after probably $70 of play!! That's over 50 plays according to their credit cost!! SCAM ALERT!! I wish I had taken the picture of the claw machine, but it's the Grab n Win machine sitting on the walkway. Facing the machine, it's the one on the right side that, I strongly suspect, has faulty programming to prevent payout. The left one paid out at least three times (my wife twice, at least once for another kid) and such a payout rate seems to be in line with identical machines at other Bowlero locations. The worst of all, when we informed one of the managers/supervisors on duty (Sunday night, 7/21 around 830pm) about the non-existent payout on the machine, she replied by saying that there was nothing she could do. Not even a, "We promise to examine the machine", as if she is certain that there is nothing wrong with it! Who knows, maybe the items are packed too tightly together, or maybe the claw strength is too weak. In any case, how can she say with confidence that there's absolutely nothing they can do? Making sure the machine isn't faulty sounds like a reasonable request to me. At every other location we have visited, the staff has always been helpful to the arcade players. Again, we have had our ups and downs playing claw machines, but last night we definitely left the place feeling utterly defeated. Not coming to this location again. Claw machine players beware!"

"After our first disappointing experience where we were overcharged by $100, we were invited back for a free game with a free app and beer tower! It was an absolute blast and we had a great time. The team did a great job taking care of us after the last experience. A big thank you to Adirah who helped us out!"

"We had a Birthday celebration for our twins Franky & Alice, who turned 13! at this location. The service was over the top. Very nice, very professional. We all had so much fun. And the food was great! I love this place! Will definitely do it again."

"AMAZING! We made reservations the same day (6/23/23) for 10:30 pm and upon arrival we were greeted by the manager, she was such a wonderful person, very friendly and walked us to our lane. Our server was also wonderful, he kept checking on us and always attentive. After closing our tap the manager came to us and gave us a beautiful card thanking us for visiting. We were so happy and pleased with our experience and everyone that made us felt welcomed, from the security team to the manager, server and everyone that works here!"
