"Ive been trying to get a knee surgery appointment for weeks now. I was told that within a week from meeting with the surgeon I would receive a date for sometime in December. They didnt call within a week and I have had to call everyday for the last month and I still dont have an appointment and was told that my surgery would probably be around late January... I would have much rather been told upfront and in advance that there would be no appointments available mid December."

"I had a complete knee replacement surgery March 2016, by Dr. Charles Alexander with the Montebello Orthopedics Group. He did a fantastic job. My knee does not hurt anymore. I'm walking more than I did before the surgery. Thank you Dr. Charles Alexander and The Montebello Orthopedic Group. That was March 2016. This is now June 2019. Something within my knee came apart in July of 2016, Dr. Alexander said he was sending me to therapy. I went to another doctor and so far September 2018 I had to have a total left knee revision surgery with another doctor of course."

"They are lucky to receive 1star, So the actual Dr.is not there it's a P.A. who is not sympathetic to ur pain AT ALL . Did not believe i actually had pain.waited for 3 hours before seen he was only with me for about 5 min. I have a fratured wrist had to buy a wrist brace 30 bucks then to return in 4 weeks. AWFUL EXPERIENCE LOOKING for 2nd opinion."

"Today March 5th .I called to make an appointment with my referral. I'm haveing issues with my joints arms legs and hand .I called and spoke to the ladies who answer phones and make appointments. Well she denied me .she didnt want to except me .just because I mentioned my back.and I told her repeatedly I'm not here for my back .she was very unperfesional rude .then she hung up on me wow that's the way doctor Charles trains there secretarys.she did wrong .so I called back thinking I'll speak with the manager .turns our I spoke to her and she did the same refused me as well the other ladie who hung up on me gave the manager the same story and I was very shocked.so mr Charles Alexander please look into this situation I want to know from you why the secretary and manager did this .I even called my doctors office and shared my expieriance they also were shocked and will be calling you tomorrow to find out this unperfesional matter. Girls do your job right and dont you know patients come first with respect and kindness ..that was my experience."

"I got an ACL repair and a Meniscus tare repair and doctor Alexander did a wonderful job. Two weeks after I was up and walking without a cane or crutch. Now the doctor didn't advise me to do so , however, that's how good of a job he did. Still a little pain but I'm good. I'm 51 years old and he put me back on my feet in no time. Off to rehab now"
