"After the first appointment, I was sent out believing that I was done, I left the office since I didn't receive any further instructions from the Assistant. Yet, I called the office to pick up for the lab order a few days after. The front desk clerk's unfriendly demeanor is not worthy at all. She gives me the impression that it was my problem because I left. I mentioned to her that I am a new patient, and at least I could've oriented how their office works. I hope their office administrator will check the office scheduling and staff friendliness environment."

"Don’t really ever leave a bad review. I got a general checkup done after having a number of issues. The doctor referred me to specialists and had me get my blood work done. I did my due diligence. Haven’t heard back from the doctor regarding my results. It was through quest so I checked in the portal. Turns out my cholesterol level is high and i have a UTI. It has been over a month and still have not gotten updates/treatment from the doc. This type of thing can get serious and spread to your kidneys. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Only went here cause my insurance auto selected PCP."

"Seen this dr for awhile for chronic back pain a few yrs ago.. herniated discs no help at all what so ever they're staff receptions refused to do the referrals would wait weeks and then I'd call and they'd tell me I forgot to put it in would happen over and over again.I couldn't even walk! I highly belive theyre lack of doing anything made my condition much worseIf your in pain DONOT COME HERE THEY WILL ONLY CAUSE YOU MORE STRESS.SORRY TO SAY! My last appointment here I was going for a papsmear and this Man decided not to put on gloves I walked out immediately and haven't been back!!"

"Staff is rude and so unhelpful. I went to my appt and brought my 5mo daughter with me. As soon as I got to the window the woman said "no children allowed". I was not once told that over the phone and when I told her this she still acted like I was in the wrong. She then said I could leave my daughter in the hall while I saw the dr. After saying that wasn't happening she then allowed it because the woman who made my appt was new and didn't know. I have also never actually met Dr Licuanan bc every time I make an appointment they give me the nurse practitioner even though I say I do not want her and would like to see Dr. L. If you are looking for a dr that has staff that cares for his patients, don't go here."
