"This review is about the office staff working on 5/7, though I wasn't given any names. Previously, I've had incredible experiences with Dr. Rizakalla. She's honestly one of the best doctors I've been to, and I can't say enough good things about her. However, my recent interaction with the office staff left much to be desired. It seemed as though there might have been a change because they were quite rude. They answered the phone as if they were in a call center and clearly unhappy with their jobs. They didn't mention which office I was calling or provide their names, not even a basic greeting. I was so confused that I had to ask if I had reached the office directly. Scheduling an appointment became unnecessarily difficult, and I really didn't appreciate the attitude when they seemed reluctant to look up information in their records. It was so off-putting that I'm considering canceling my appointment—I just don't need the hassle."

"Dr. Rizkalla is an absolutely fantastic physician. She listens, always considerate and understanding, never rushing. Extremely detailed. My daughter also started seeing her. It is a bit further from my home but she is worth the commute."

"This review is for the front desk i believe her name is ester ..During my First appointment at the Doctor's Office, I was unable to see the doctor because the primary care I had chosen was different from the one on my orignal insursnce with them. Although I had recently obtained new insurance, which This insurance company sent me here the staff member did not pay attention to my explanation on My check in Form and simply turned me away. Instead of being helpful, she said “I (me) should’ve submitted the information before I got there (which i did)! Her approach should have been , "I can see you're frustrated. Your here now , Let me try & help, you figure this out and see what we can do for you instead!" She demonstrated a rude and unenthusiastic manner when dealing with individuals who approached the reception area."

"My first visit was great. I felt welcomed and taken care of. Normally I’m super uncomfortable in doctors offices but the environment was calm and the front office employees and medical assistant were friendly and Dr. Rizkalla was so sweet and gentle. Looking forward to having her as my PCP."
