"My experience with her was bad as a new patient. When I messaged her from the portal to tell her that my diabetic supplies have always been mailed out to me for years she didn’t respond to me directly, instead she messaged someone else to take care of my request, copied me which is fine but it was when she referred me as “this patient” that bothered me. She could have written down “my patient” or my name and lastly, she told the person to take care of it “so we can be done with this process “. My previous doctor and nurse practitioner always showed respect by responding to me directly and copying me on the conversation they had with the person who would be handling the request and they always referred to me as their patient or by my name. Even though I was upset with her I never showed rudeness on my messages to her because I’m not a rude person."

"My experience with her was awful, she only saw me like 3 to 4 minutes then she left . I did not have a chance to discuss with her my other lab test and request some medicines. How I wish she treated me like the video in her You Tube. I prepared some questions too but no chance to ask. By the way it was only my 2nd time to meet her."
