"Dr. Glazer is a M.D. in Family Practice. He is also the Medical Director for Torrance Memorial Physicians Network. I wasn't his patient; yet he was willing to speak with me at length about a serious issue with a member of the team. He was thoughtful, salient, and open-minded in his willingness to help and it was a productive and meaningful experience with him. On that basis, I would see him whenever there is a need. You should not hesitate to contact Dr. Glazer if you have a family practice medical issue."

"Staff is utterly rude and combative and come from a stance of control. This is mostly on the phone. In person, they are so-so. This has been getting progressively worse. They lie to you and cover for one another. If you ask to speak to your doctor they make sure he never gets the message. Or the doctor instructs them to do so to make the patient jump hoops to get to them. They know you will have to pay your co-pay to come in order to complain directly. They also come up with every excuse possible to get you to come in for unnecessary visits to bring in more money. If they bully you, voice your complaints on review boards everywhere but more importantly to your insurance company. They take complaints very seriously. Fortunately, you do have choices in picking your doctor and there are really good ones out there. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here and find an office who cares and doesn't insult you with lies and doesn't make you wait forever. Dr. Glazer specifically is on a path to retire so perhaps he just doesn't care anymore."
