"I truly cannot say enough great things about Dr Matalon both as a person and as a physical therapist, but I’ll summarize some highlights here! 1) Her exercises and approach work: Before working with Dr Matalon, I had back pain that was only alleviated via weekly chiropractor visits. After working with Dr Matalon, I have not been to the chiropractor at all!! I am pain-free by incorporating stretching and strength exercises she taught me (as well as incorporating lifestyle tips - such as posture, etc.). 2) She genuinely cares about her patients: I had knee pain that took me by surprise.
