"This is, without a doubt, the worst doctor AND doctor’s staff I have been to in my 59 years. EVERY time you go there, you reinvent the wheel. Dr. Torres is argumentative, and questions everything one says. She doesn’t remember anything about a patient’s history. Now for the bad news. Her staff are the RUDEST, most irresponsible and inept group of people, quite possibly on the planet. Need to talk to the doctor? Plan on NEVER getting a return call. Her nurse? Maybe, if you call every day, she will respond in about 3 weeks. And of corse, again one has to re-explain the entire situation. I’m not exaggerating. Any unique RX request will be a nightmare. Run the other direction from this place."
"Only available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (only half day on Wednesday). TOTALLY unavailable any other time. No one is available to assist you for anything at all. If you were in the emergency room and discharged with rx but only given enough to cover you thru the weekend from er doc, you better understand she will be of no help until Tuesday. If you have an appt on Wednesday are given a rx to get filled that afternoon and there is a problem of any kind for which the pharmacist needs to contact her, you can forget it - youre waiting until Thursday. Heaven forbid this happens on Thursday and she is already gone when pharmacist tries to contact her because you're not getting any help until the following Tuesday. No laughing matter."
