"This was a great find. We were on our way to the bakery a few doors down. Loved shop, we were greeted by this fabulous aroma and the shop owner. I picked up a lovely apron. As I was browsing this quaint shop by husband was looking at a few of the health products. The shop owner was able to recommend a few items that would be beneficial for his current health illement. We were very pleased with her customer service and taking the time to explain and recommendation. She even offered to mail the products to us. Most definitely would recommend this establishment and we will be returning in the future."

"The woman who runs this store is the rudest, snarkiest, most unprofessional monster I have met while in Monterey. If you don’t have good customer service you shouldn’t even be in business. Honestly, go anywhere else. This woman is a nightmare and will be so disrespectful and disparaging. Avoid like the plague!!"
