"My mom went to this guy for years. After her final appointment, she experienced severe symptoms, (unable to walk, numbness...) It turned out she had part of her spinal cord impinged between 2 cervical vertebra. She had to have surgery. Dr Ellis's office only asked for the images to be delivered to them, (by me. ) The receptionist, who I'm told is his daughter, showed no concern for my mom, and had "attitude" with me. Not even a thank you. They called only one time after... with no genuine caring for a long time patient. To this day, my mom isn't the same. I'm writing this after once again seeing what was a once very active woman, who would walk downtown, exercise and walk home, have to now walk very carefully, using a cane or a wall for support much of the time; constantly in fear of losing her balance. If there was a zero star rating, I'd give it."
