Así que si te interesa un lugar para que te ayude con lesiones o simplemente para sentirte mejor en general y mejorar tu calidad de vida, él te puede ayudar, pero más que nada a guiarte para que te eleves al nivel que tú estés dispuesto a llegar! :) Okaaaay, sooo I’m doing the online program with him because I am not local, BUT he’s soooo gooood you don’t even need to be there in person to be able to thrive with whatever plan he works out with you, because he designs a plan specifically for your needs and wants (it almost feels like he’s given you Sponge bob’s Krabby Patty Secret formula when he sends you the personalized Plan haha) and if you have any questions, he makes sure not only to get back to you, but to make sure you have a clear understanding and you’re good to go. I used to use these “gadgets” for neck pain and every since working with him, the “stress” pain you get on your neck, shoulders and upper back area are completely gone. Whether it’s in person or online, he’s uhhhhmazing and so professional!!!!!! I Could not recommend him enough!!!!! Just remember, it always goes as far as you, yourself are willing to go. Gotta do the damn work! On a side note, the best part about online program is when he can’t hear you cussing at him and the whole world when doing the exercises, that’s how goood and exciting they are!!!!!! Let’s go! "I met Trevor when I was 31, I had injured my right knee and ankle on a job site (I work construction) a few months prior. I had a host of other injuries I acquired through my life (skateboarding, dirt biking, my job… etc) as well. I didn’t believe physical therapy could really benefit me, but I was willing to try at this point.
