"I was forced to "spend" some of my points off the app, instead of getting the deal that's automatically in place for people with 7-11 rewards. Clearly, the woman doesn't know how to do her job. I may not return to 7-11 at all, but certainly not back to this location. Perhaps you should take a minute and train people that work for you."
"8/15/24 @ 7:50pm: Driving for work, just wanted to warm up water in a cup I had for tea I already have in my car...just a half of cup of water. I ask cashier lady where her microwave is, (I've already done this at another 7eleven earlier today with no problem.) She tells me they charge for microwave use. She was also in a miserable mood as well. Never coming here again for anything and will urge others not to spend money at this greedy/miserable 7eleven either. BTW, I am a constant 7eleven customer."

"Unbelievable!!!!! I came across entered inside 7-Eleven convenience store. (A lot different from Glendale Broadway.) Snag a $1 Slurpee Mountain Dew flavor with 7-Rewards & $5 lotto scratcher ticket Poker game. The section is lot huge but selling beverages alcohol & regular soda cans & drinks. foods, snacks lotto scratcher tickets Super lotto etc. (TBH I don’t drink alcohol. Bad for my health.) Nice atmosphere. Drinking soda fountain & self serving coffee, definitely 1/4lb Big Bite, grilled food items & my favorite pizzas with whole & sliced. Super clean!! The staff is friendly. Not a problem at all!! Anyway keep up the good work. Seeking for Monster soda can drinks earn 750pts with 7-Rewards."
