"Very disappointed with this place. She ordered my dress the wrong size and forced the dress to fit me by ripping it and making a bunch of adjustments. I had NO TIME to order a different dress. She assured me everything would be okay. Not even 30 minutes later of wearing the dress for my event when the back zipper broke. I paid $300 for a dress to be non refundable and forced to fit, never again!!"
"A beautiful hidden gem, family owned and unique one-of-a-kind customer connections. The ladies here are lovely and I love supporting this Asian American business for their alterations and dresses. They are affordable for all occasions like Quinceañeras, Weddings, Prom, and Senior Ball. They will make custom veils and dresses if you bring them the idea, and the seamstress will make a plan with you to make it happen. The shop is so personal and you can see the effort and work put into this small locally owned business. The two humans running this shop do their absolute best and it shows. This isn’t some large corporation that just makes a sale, these ladies genuinely care to make you feel comfortable regardless of size and style to make sure you feel confident. They do tuxedo’s and tux rental as well! Thank you Elegant Designs Bridal for my beautiful dresses!"
"Elegant bridal provided amazing service … I took my dress to a different location and they messed the alterations up! When elegant bridal got my dress they fixed it and it fit perfectly!!! I’m top heavy but they adjusted to fit my standards … The back of my gown was previously bulky and had rolls but after elegant bridal received my gown the back of the dress laid perfectly. Thank you !!!!!! I will always go to elegant bridal"
