"We have visited this pizza chain several times. I don't think the food is particularly good, but I like the atmosphere of the restaurant."
"We have 2 small inpatient kids so we pre order our pizzas online and then pick them up and eat at the restaurant. All three of our pizzas were completely burnt, black and bitter on the bottom. I understand things happen and pizzas get over cooked but they should have been remade and not served in this condition. Additionally when we arrived ever table in the place was dirty and the staff was not friendly at all. We dine here at least 1-2 times a month and usually have an ok experience but this time was horrible and I'm not sure if we will be back."
