Bestow Bridal

"Unfortunately, this was a very dismissive, disgusting, and disappointing experience. We came in for our appointment early and of course were happy to wait. The group before us ran over and we were told to wash our hands? and right after we’d be seen. When that passed to be 10 minutes after our scheduled appointment time - we felt that we did not matter regardless of our appointment. When we were finally given paperwork we were then told to pick out dresses on our own because the associate had to “close out the group real quick”. She then made us wait an additional 10 minutes and made us feel we were not of importance to her. FINALLY, we were able to get our bride put into the first dress and as soon as she was in and moving on to the next dress the associate walked away again to chat and work with the group from before. She told our bride to stay still and she’d be “right back”. She continued to chat with the other group and at that point we felt the need to get our bride out of the second dress because this was such a horrible experience in comparison to other bridal shops. Imagine if this was our FIRST stop? Unsure if she makes everyone else wash their hands before saying hello but worth noting a kind gesture goes a lot further especially when you make one party feel less of value than another. This felt like we were profiled, rigid, and strange. I am genuinely curious if anyone else had a similar experience."

"My visit to Bestow was my first time trying on wedding dresses. The employee helping me, Samantha, was incredible. She really helped me narrow down what my wants were, never made me feel rushed, or that I had to buy something. It was a fun and relaxed experience, and I would definitely recommend them!"

"First off, thank you for squeezing me in super last minute! Next, Bella and Grace were amazing in helping me find a dress! And I did find The Dress. They were kind, professional, made me feel comfortable, and were paying attention to what I was and wasn’t liking and recommending dresses based on that. The studio (?) was clean and set up very nicely. A great experience and place to shop if you’re looking to walk out with your dress! And affordable! I wasn’t trying to break the bank with my dress and this shop had great options within my budget. Thank you to their amazing team! I cannot recommend them enough!"

"This is a great place to shop for a wedding dress. Jaimie was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped me find so many dresses which were all so beautiful in different ways. The whole staff was lovely but I worked with Jaimie who was so patient and kind especially when I kept wanting to try on more dresses. "Bestow Bridal in Bee Cave was absolutely a wonderful experience! I had called them to make an appointment and let them know what I had in mind for my dress, and when I got there they had dresses pulled and were ready to help make everything perfect! They had the dress of my dreams and so it was not hard to make a decision. I was by myself and the ladies were so helpful - took pictures for me, gave me ideas on alterations, etc. Also, the price was even better than I expected. It was all-around an awesome experience from start to finish. I definitely recommend Bestow Bridal!!! :)"
