I don't know if it is common Ross policy, as I don't shop there in general, but the fact that you can't take your cart out of the shop to put the heavy pots that you have bought, to me is unacceptable. People with disabilities, cant shop there simply. You have to carry out your purchase and come multiple times to collect it. I will never shop in this place, that is so disrespectful to the customers!"
