"Damn I wish the customer service was better at Prada. When I dropped off my purse for repair the store manager was super rude about it. They said it would take 3 months for a repair and it is now going on 5 months since I dropped it off with no updates. I just called the client services line for an update and they don’t have any info either. The repair was to fix the piping and loose threads around the seams…only 1 year after light use. I didn’t want to send it in for repair initially because I was worried this would happen & I wouldn’t have my bag for awhile. Quality does not seem great sadly."
