"First time customer, I brought in two pieces for framing. I knew more or less what I wanted but the staff was very helpful in picking out matting that would accentuate the frame and the subject. The lead time was pretty far out (6 weeks) but it wasn't an issue for me. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and polished the finished work was. The pricing is $$$ but you get what you pay for and I am very happy with the end result."

"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had two big family portraits to frame and they helped find a perfect material and color that really made the prints pop. I do not have a good eye for this kind of stuff myself, so the fact that they take the time to show you all the options, and place samples (just a frame corner) along side your pictures or paintings so you can see how it will look, is extremely helpful. I will use them for all my framing needs from now on."

Both times I had something to hang on the wall that I wanted something special to enhance the piece (usually just frame my own at home with ready-made frames). Especially love the collaborative nature of the staff there. I usually come in with some idea of what I am looking for, but in each case, they made suggestions that made it look even better. Framing and follow up customer service was top notch on both trips. Special thanks to Sophia on this last trip for suggesting that amazing frame!"
