"Clean and nice set up for infrared sauna. You also have red light therapy available. 40 minute sessions with many package options. I find it has helped my mood, recovery, and overall fitness since I joined over a year ago. I would highly recommend using Perspire at Dana Point. Special shout out to the folks who make the experience possible, Katelyn, Spencer, Lizzy, Emalei, Michelle, Taylor and Kayla. They always make sure the sauna is set to my preferred temperature of 170, a cold washcloth and towels are set up and everything is spotless. Thanks!"

"I am a believer of infrared sauna and have no issue with the services being offered at Perspire. My rating is based on customer service. I purchased a package of 5 sessions in Nov 2022 when I had a bad cold/RSV. I used 2 sessions right away and then got better. I did not attempt to use the remaining 3 sessions because 1) the location is not really convenient for me to use on a regular basis when I am not sick and 2) it did not occur to me that my remaining sessions would expire. So now it is 1.25 years after the expiration, I have allergies or a cold, stopped by to use one of my 3 sessions and was told my remaining 3 sessions are no longer part of my account and I would have to pay for a session today. I realize the policy is probably part of the release I initially signed (even though it is illegal in California to let gift cards zero out through non-use fees), but it would have been 5 star customer service to at least allow me one session today. Perspire had the benefit of my money and me not using the facility for over a year. One session would not have pushed this location into bankruptcy."
