Today's wasn't, but I still tipped 25%, because I appreciate that they work hard. She repeated the amount I said to charge my card and I confirmed...her face changed and then I noticed their "recommended" tip schedule on the wall! My 25% tip was the bare minimum ....guess I won't be going here anymore!"

Why is it that I am made to feel guilty and seem like the bad guy.. because I tipped? Remember that a tip is OPTIONAL. I have worked as a waiter before. I understand that getting a tip is for my good service, but I never went after my customers as they were leaving to pressure them to give me more tip, then giving them a cold shoulder. I was kind to the massage therapist and spoke kindly to the lady cashier. Please don't treat your customers with disdain. Going to find another massage place."
