"Sommer C. is very disrespectful and rude. She was 2 minutes late and she told us she couldn't cut our son's hair because she has another appointment in 10 minutes. When I told her she was 2 minutes late, she said no, but I told her yes, I looked at the time before you took our son, she couldn't say anything because she knows she was lying. Then she said you guys can leave and even walked and opened the front door. Her coworkers were shocked. I can't believe she works at Sharkey's with that attitude. We've been loyal customers to Sharkey's and because of this, we're not going there anymore. She works at the Cerritos branch. Please don't book an appointment with this lady. I already left a message to the owner and I'm hoping to hear from her soon."

"Such an amazing experience! My 4 year old got her first haircut here, and they treated her like a princess! She got her hair cut and they asked her if she wanted one or two braids then let her pick out her own bows then put sparkles on her hair (which she absolutely loved) then they proceeded to do her nails to complete the experience. My daughter was so excited when we left as it was such a good experience because she was so scared before going. I also love that they gave us a picture and a certificate as well as a lock of her hair for memories as it was her first time."
