"I have been getting my hair cut at your salon for a long time, and it has always been great. However, this time it was very bad. The person who cut my hair used clippers for my entire hair and cut it all to the same length. She was supposed to use scissors for the top part, but she did not use scissors at all. She was in a hurry and finished the haircut in a few minutes."

"We walked-in to get my daughters haircut. The staff is always so welcoming when we arrive, kind and sweet to my daughters, and constantly exceeding expectations. All we wanted was my 3 year olds bangs cut and she is a bit nervous when it comes to haircuts. They made her feel so comfortable, she was smiling and laughing, and they even gave her the cutest braid in her hair that we didn't even ask for but loved. Again they like to go above and beyond. My girls got their lollipops at the end and we all walked out with a smile. Thank you and highly recommend working with this Supercuts team."

"I was happy with this store and the service was good. I showed the stylist several photos of what I wanted. She was very nice. I was disappointed that she chose to use the term "feminine" as she decided to leave my longer in the back than I had asked for. The photos clearly showed a very short pixie cut. I did get her to take a bit more off the back but it is still not short enough. I will return because I like SuperCuts."
