"I’m really bummed that I have to leave this review as my initial visit with Jessica was actually really great however the terrible customer service I received after finding out I was pregnant between appointments left me no choice but to share my experience. Like most people I went with Jessica because I loved her work and felt like she could give me the look I wanted, the initial appointment was $650 which I tipped $100 on and felt happy with the results. Unfortunately, the color retention did not hold and most of it fell out which was why I was really looking forward to the follow up appointment. A week before my appointment I found out I was pregnant and was so sad that I wouldn’t be able to move forward with the follow up procedure as I felt like I really wasted a lot of money. I immediately reached out to Jessica to let her know and she ultimately offered me zero solutions( no discounts for future appointments etc.) I then asked for my $100 deposit back given the circumstances and having given adequate notice of needing to cancel. Her response was that she would hold onto it and apply to a future service, however I’m moving to another state before the baby is born so that wouldn’t work. When I explained this to her and requested my deposit back once again, she ignored me and never responded. I would think twice before booking an appointment with her. conducting business like this is very telling of her character ( imagine if you didn’t like your results how she might behave). At the end of the day it seems like all she cares about is the bottom line and the money she is going to make from your booking. If your looking for someone who genuinely cares about there clients and wants to create lasting repeat business by forming great relationships with them look elsewhere cause this is not your girl."

"What an amazing experience all around! From when I first made the appointment to when I finished the micro blading session, Jessica was professional, prompt, and understanding. Her studio is clean and cute, her attention to detail is incredible and her work is even better! I love my brows so much! She’s also such a great person.
