Your First Visit:
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our skilled therapist, Rebecca, who will guide you through the process with care and expertise. Your first session will include a consultation to discuss your health history and lifestyle, followed by a 45-minute colonic session. Rebecca's gentle approach ensures a comfortable and relaxing experience.
Preparation and Booking:
To maximize the benefits of your session, we recommend increasing your water intake and consuming a diet rich in fruits and vegetables prior to your appointment. Please avoid heavy foods, carbonated beverages, and fasting is unnecessary. For your convenience, appointments can be booked through our website. Please note, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy, and all appointments are prepaid.
