"Today I received the poorest customer service I have ever known. I normally go here to put air in my tires. However, I got treated like I asked for free air or something? A big boned lady there just had a nasty ass attitude early this morning. And for what? Just because the air machine was out of order? The only person that should be upset is me. She gave me a number to get my "$1" reimbursed. No, "sorry for the inconvinence" nada. Now I see what people mean by when they say this place has "poor customer service". I honestly wanted to start a little argument but for what? I can't ever stoop to the level of an unprofessional, inconsiderate fool. The Lord has granted us yet another breath of life, and clearly she woke up off the WRONG side of the bed this morning. I love supporting my black owned businesses but I will NEVER come here again. You only got to do something to me once anyway for me to understand. I hope no one has to experience this unprofessionalism again."
