LAX Budget Parking

"I’ve only had great experiences with LAX Budget Parking. I don’t normally need to scan anything, the cameras read my license plate and the arm automatically opens and closes. Shuttles have been timely and everything has gone smoothly. Drivers have been super helpful as well. One of the reviews mentioned them not helping with luggage but that’s not their job. My driver did help an elderly couple take their bags off the shuttle but that’s above and beyond and shouldn’t be expected. Reading the other reviews, it might have been luck but I’ve used this lot several times with no issues. Just wait by the pink pillars outside of baggage claim. Cheaper than Uber for short trips (up to 4-5 days) and there are frequent discount codes emailed out, as well as free cancellations. By far my most preferred method of traveling to the airport."

"Took a long time to arrive. Some important info: This shuttle is on level 1, not level 2. Just outside baggage claim, walk to the pink signs and you’ll see a list of LAX shuttles—including budget parking lot. The shuttle I got on, was not the green one as pictured online. Paper sign on front said budget on it."

"I think it’s crazy to have 1 shuttle for LAX Budget Parking during the busiest time of the day. The poor driver was the only one driving people to and from the lot. The app fluctuated from the bus arriving in 8 minutes to 28 minutes and then 40 minutes. Super frustrating when all you want to do is go home."

"We were worried the shuttle buses would be slow based on other reviews, but we were picked up within 5 minutes both ways. Very convenient and easy to park here!! Left our car for over a week without issues. There was staff at the entrance/exit available to help as well (even for our 4am arrival), but we had no issues booking ahead and using the QR code to enter/exit."

"Getting to the airport from this parking lot was easy but it was at 6:30am. The trouble came when returning to the lot. Was told to use the bus by the pink columns outside of baggage claim. Wasn’t told that there were multiple bosses that pick up from that same spot. We had 4 adults and 2 children who took the bis that stopped at the pink columns. This bus dropped us off at the wrong parking garage (I guess it was economy parking), we asked the driver and they said yes get off here for budget. Come to find out we were left 2.4 miles away with all our luggage and kids and had to pay $50 for two Ubers to take us to the correct parking lot. Reminder email regarding parking came while we were in flight that afternoon so as you can imagine no one had time to read the fine print which still didn’t explain several buses at same pickup site! Just poor communication by this site and bus drivers. Bus driver couldn’t even be bothered to help with luggage! Never again LAX budget parking."
