"DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE! They are over parking with no plan! They don’t have enough shuttles to airport! And then they overcharge you for bringing you back to the parking! Just waste of time and money and energy! Worst experience ever!!!"

"Do not park here, or if you do plan on Uber both ways. We missed a completely empty shuttle bus by 60 seconds but driver told my wife who was ready to board with luggage that the next bus would take us-nope that bus passed right by us as we stared-no explanation given. There was a third shuttle bus sitting there but a worker said that one was not working. Well we were done and and took an Uber to departures. Fast forward 8 days and I called the shuttle number 5 times with no answer-figured it was closed or something since it was 9:45 pm-so we Ubered it again. Much to our surprise when we were dropped off we saw the shuttle was “operating” and dropping of 2 people so not full. I asked somebody why the weren’t answering the shuttle hotline but he said they were too busy. I will never be back and plan on Uber if you do decide to park here. Terrible place."

"It's so bad! Paid for covered parking, ended up outside. The shuttle just sits and sits instead of making routes. Almost missed my flight. The shuttle doesn't stop at all terminals so you have to walk. It's madness. I want my money back"

"Shuttle was super super late. After the parking attendants told us to wait for it, it wasn’t even coming and they had to call it. There were people standing with babies in the told. I’m never booking this one again."
