"HHLA deserves every damaged parking gate they get. It's no wonder people seem to run through these on a regular occurrence. We have been frequenting HHLA for a long time (primarily to patronize the Islands restaurant. Up until recently we never had issues with exiting the parking garage but it seems they may have gone with a new parking company or at least put in different machines that routinely fail to read credit cards. Every time we are there, there is at least one car stuck trying to get out and sometimes, like tonight, it winds up being us. This was never a problem in the past. Getting help is slow and it seems like they just like detaining people for the hell of it. Kudos to the heros that have finally said F it and ran through the gates."

"Doesn’t really have anything in this place. Just a movie theater, art gallery, & some restaurants near by. This is a real popular place for kids so if you have children, then bring your wallet. There’s a Dave & Buster’s and wing place. It’s not that exciting if you’re trying to have a thrill. You can watch a movie upstairs and maybe grab a dessert at the small bakery."
"They only accept card and sometimes the machines don't work. They need to add Google pay, cash, etc. Makes it hard for people who forget their wallets to get out"
