Spot Free Car Wash

"Truly terrible experience here, TWICE! I literally waited in line behind about 10 cars to get my car washed, which took over an hour. And I didn’t even get to wash my car! It took so freaking long, but I had to leave and return another day! The only reason that I had waited as long as I did, was because I had already purchased the car wash as part of my gas price. So then, on another day, I drive all the way to this part of town, not close to where I live, and they had put up the “closed” sign in front of the car wash, which was still working fine because there were three cars still in line. I asked if there was anyway I could just get the car washed, since I had traveled so far and had not been able to do it before, to which he shrugged his shoulders, and simply said that it will be closed for two hours. I will NEVER use this location again! I have also seen cars come out of the wash, not looking particularly clean. It is highly priced and does not seem to be worth it, aside from the fact that customer service is seriously lacking!!!"

"The car wash is great. However, I always have to call an attendant because the sensor can't read my tags. I always have to call an attendant by phone since the call button.says to call by phone. I have a truck and believe they put the tag too high and I keep saying they need to lower it. This last time, the wash was shorter than usual. I don't believe they gave me the wash that matches my monthly subscription."

"Came here at 9:30am and waited 40mins to get my car washed. I was expecting it to have the spinning cloth/brush machine to really clean the car. But nope, just water and soap. Didn't clean my car well at all and none of the vacuum work. Go to the one in Sepulveda instead if you want to wash and vacuum your car. This one is a big let down."

"Lines too long unless you get there at the crack of dawn. Vacuum suction kind of sucks. Staff isn’t super helpful when I was having a random issue with my car scanning. Said the manager wasn’t there to help and gave me a basic wash. When I pay for the most expensive one available. They need to teach lower level employees the basics around the wash."

"One of the best touch-free car washes in L.A. It is open 24/7. The various soaps and waxes used are good quality. The final rinse is supposed to be spot-free but realistically it leaves your car with soft water spots and come off relatively easily. Overall, it does a very good job for a touch-free wash! Warning - the lines here can be very long. Estimate about 4 minutes per car. I go here almost daily and yes I have used a stop watch. On average, there are at least 5 cars in line, so you will have to wait at least 20 minutes before you go in. There is usually no line between 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. =) Just FYI, What is a touch-free car wash? The wash uses high pressure water and a variety of soaps to blast your car clean. No rotating brushes or anything that "touches" your car. So your paint or vehicle wrap is safe here. Cheers!"
